Richard is a kind-hearted young man who consistently demonstrates a willingness to help others. He is resilient and has learned to "step over" challenges or setbacks that don’t go his way. Richard approaches tasks with determination, even when they are difficult, and maintains a positive attitude, especially when asked to try again.
