Since 1994, Riverton Kiwanis has been hosting Hooked on Fishing, which corresponds with Wyoming Game & Fish’s “Free Fishing Day.”
Kids 14 & Under are welcome to enter the fishing derby beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday, June 6th. (A parent or guardian must be present to sign the entry form.)
Fishing poles and bait are available to any child that needs one, and prizes will be awarded at the end of the event. Kids will get a goody bag with snacks and fishing items. Lunch with hot dogs and hamburgers will be served by Kiwanians with help from the High School Key Club. (Donations appreciated!)
