Wyoming Governor Matt Mead’s office released a statement Thursday ordering all U.S. and Wyoming state flags to be flown at half-staff until sunset Saturday to honor those who died in a California shooting.
12 people were killed and the shooter was found dead in a Ventura County, California country music club. One of the dead was identified as a police officer.
Governor Matthew H. Mead, pursuant to President Donald Trump’s Proclamation issued today, has ordered both the U.S. and State of Wyoming flags be flown at half-staff statewide until sunset on Saturday, November 10, 2018 in honor of the victims of the act of violence perpetrated in Thousand Oaks, California yesterday.
