(Statewide) – Governor Mark Gordon announced today, July 13, that all flags are ordered to be lowered to half-staff, per flag policy and by order of the United States President, for the death of Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina.
The flags will remain lowered until Saturday, July 18, at 6 p.m.
