(Kinnear, WY) – High Plains Power announced yesterday that a planned power outage will take place tomorrow, November 13, for customers in the Kinnear area.
The outage will occur from 9 AM to 3 PM.
“During this time, electrical service will be temporarily unavailable while maintenance or upgrades are completed,” the announcement states.
