(Fremont County, WY) – As expected, winter weather will be making its way into our region tonight, October 28, with both WYDOT and Sublette County Emergency Management warning of road impacts.
Sublette County Emergency Management shared that heavy snow is possible Monday night through Wednesday, with total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches and wind gusts as high as 35 mph for the Wind River Mountains (East and West), as well as the
Bighorn Mountains (Southeast and West).
WYDOT also shared the travel impact video below, which is calling for colder temperatures following the precipitation events, meaning icy roads will follow.
