(Teton County, WY) – A Level 1 chain law is in effect for portions of WY 22 Teton Pass roads for November 26, as of at least 11:20 AM, according to WYDOT.
The chain law is in effect for roads “Between Wilson and the Idaho State Line,” from milepost 6.000 to 17.490.
Conditions are listed as “Slick with Snowfall.” Additionally, there are Falling Rock and No Trailer Traffic Advisories for these roads.
WYDOT defines a Level 1 chain law as when “conditions are hazardous, travel can be restricted to: vehicles equipped with tire chains; or vehicles with adequate snow tires; or all-wheel-drive vehicles.”
