(Fremont County, WY) – A Level 2 chain law is in effect for portions of WY 28 South Pass roads for March 6, as of at least 10:45 AM, according to WYDOT.
The chain law is in effect for roads “Between the Fremont/Sublette Cty Line and Atlantic City Rd” and “between Atlantic City Rd and Mile Marker 63, Westbound Closure Gate.”
Conditions are listed as “Slick, Drifted Snow with Snowfall, Strong Winds, Fog, Blowing Snow” on these roads.

There is also a No Unnecessary Travel Advisory in effect for WY 28 roads “Between Mile Marker 47 and Mile Marker 63, Westbound Closure Gate.”
