Smith’s Food and Drug in Riverton has reopened after a temporary closure Tuesday. Store employees report that a water line break caused a flood starting around 1:30 p.m. The store was reopen shortly before 8:30 p.m.

Smith’s Food and Drug in Riverton is temporarily closed due to a water line break according to store employees. A Smith’s representative told County 10 they are hopeful of reopening tonight (Tuesday), but it may be closed throughout the evening.
Crews are currently working on the issue, customer access into the building is not allowed at this time.
