(Dubois, WY) – WYDOT District 5 announced Thursday, Aug. 22, at 5:10 p.m. that US26/287 has closed over Togwotee Pass (between Dubois and Moran Junction) to through traffic.
This closure is due to a wildfire that has advanced to near the highway. Smoke is causing near whiteout conditions.
The estimated opening time is in 14 to 16 hours.
