Help for Health Hospice is the only nonprofit hospice and home services provider serving all of Fremont County. We put our patients and clients first, listening to them and passionately working to address their specific needs no matter what.
Since 2008, Help for Health has had an inpatient hospice home in Riverton, and has cared for hundreds of families in their homes and ours. Our mission is to deliver compassionate hospice care by addressing the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.
The Help for Health hospice home includes full hospice healthcare for eight patients in private rooms. There is also family dining, meeting and leisure space.

Tough Enough to Help Cancer Fund of Fremont County
The Tough Enough to Help Cancer Fund was created to provide financial assistance to Fremont County residents who are actively undergoing cancer treatment. You can download an application for the program here, or donate to the program at any time.
Bereavement
The Good Grief Café is a bereavement group that meets every second Tuesday of each month. Join us at the Riverton Branch Library (1330 W. Park Ave., Riverton) at 5:30 p.m.
Our team of professionals specially trained in end-of-life care provide an important tool that enables people facing the end of their lives to spend their time the way they most want; that tool is hospice care.
