The folks at Wyoming NASA Space Grant were in Riverton earlier this spring to conduct a high altitude balloon launch, with the help of some Riverton Middle School students.
The balloon was launched from RMS as students had the chance at some hands-on science experiments. Meteorological and GPS data were collected onboard the balloon.
A camera was attached to the balloon and it captured a stunning overhead look at the Riverton area!
