The 25th Annual Meeting of the members of High Plains Power, Inc. will be held at the Fremont Center, Riverton, Wyoming, starting at 9:00 AM on Saturday, July 13, 2024, to take action upon the following matters.
- The report of Officers, Directors, and Committees.
- The election of three (3) Directors.
- All other business which may come before the meeting or adjournment thereof.
In connection with the election of three (3) Directors scheduled for this meeting, the following members have been nominated for Directors by the Committee of Nominations appointed by the Board of Directors of High Plains Power or by petition pursuant to the By-Laws.
