Gloria Merina Wass, 64, of Hudson, was sentenced to time served and will be on supervised release for three years for distribution of methamphetamine, the United States Department of Justice recently shared.
According to court documents, on Monday, Oct. 28, 2024, the defendant sold an undercover law enforcement agent methamphetamine and agreed to sell him more in the future.
The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation investigated the crime. Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy W. Gist prosecuted the case.
Wass was indicted on Jan. 15, 2025, and pleaded guilty on March 3, 2025. U.S. District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl imposed the sentence on July 1, 2025, in Casper.
