Benny grew up on the Wind River Reservation. He graduated at 17 years old from Fort Washakie High School. He was an athlete as he played Basketball, Football and participated in Track. During his Senior Year he traveled to Washington DC where he got to meet Senator Barasso and he also traveled to New York City and was introduced to many different types of food.
Benny enjoyed being with family and friends. He loved to travel and enjoyed attending concerts. He saved his money and enjoyed his music and games. He was a respectful man, dependable, honest and was looking forward to his adult life. He worked as a server for Little Wind Morning Star Restaurant for many years. Recently, he worked for the Shoshone Rose in the customer service department. His saying was “Chillin with the boys”. He was very proud of his Toyota Verenza and building his credit.
