Obituary for Kelly Jo Conard DeGroot
August 5, 1973 – November 16, 2024
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kelly Jo Conard DeGroot, who passed away on November 16, 2024, at the age of 51. Kelly was a mother, daughter, sister, and friend, and her loss is deeply felt by all who knew her.
She was born in Aurora Nebraska, to Walter and LaVerne Conard
She graduated from Norris High School in Hickman Nebraska and went on to Cosmetology School in Minneapolis Minnesota. Soon after finishing school, she married Brent DeGroot and had two children; Quinn and Porter DeGroot.
Kelly is survived by her children, Quinn DeGroot and Porter DeGroot; her mother, LaVerne (Imad) Raad; her father, Walter (Janet) Conard; her sisters, Abigail (Doni) Roti, Peiper (Jeff) Neiman, and Zoe Conard; and her brothers, Seth (Katie) Conard and Andrew Conard. She is preceded in death by her brother, Jeremy Conard.
A private memorial will be held to honor her life and memory. In this time of loss, her family is grateful for the love and support from friends and family.
