Thomas “Tom” Quinn

Thomas “Tom” Quinn, age 63, passed away on December 14, 2025. Tom was a man of grit, loyalty, and quiet devotion. He showed his love through hard work, consistency, and always being there when it mattered most.
Tom was born on March 15, 1962, in Hollywood, Florida, to James Earl Quinn, Sr. and Rose Mary (Brazil) Quinn. He spent his childhood years in Florida before moving to Colorado in the 1980s. In 2003, he settled in Wyoming, a place that truly became home. Throughout his life, Tom worked tirelessly in many trades — running a tow truck, operating heavy equipment, and working as a master mechanic. He took pride in honest work and the ability to fix, build, and make things better with his own hands.
Tom was the proud father of four children: Kristina, Brandon, Heather, and Tommy. The loss of his son, Tommy, who passed away as a toddler, remained forever in his heart and shaped him in quiet ways only a father could understand. He also found constant companionship in his loyal fur buddy, Mud Flap, who was never far from his side.
Later in life, Tom found deep love and companionship with Tammie Reef, the love of his life. Tammie and her family welcomed Tom wholeheartedly, and he found not only love but a true sense of belonging.
Tom found his greatest joy in family. He was happiest cheering loudly from the sidelines at his grandchildren’s sporting events, never missing a chance to show pride, encouragement, and support. He loved camping, boating, riding the trails on his side-by-side, and spending time outdoors. At home, he could often be found tinkering, fixing, and building — always working on something, always creating.
Being a grandfather was one of Tom’s greatest joys. He is survived by his children and grandchildren: Kristina and her children, Hailey and Ella; Brandon and his children, children, Tommy and Rayanne; and Heather (Jacob) and their children, Meka and Killian. He was deeply loved by his bonus grandchildren, Brandon (B-Bop) and Russell. Tom is also survived by his sister, Kelli Quinn, and her children, Sophi and Conner; his brother, Jimmy Quinn; and his Aunt Patricia Randle and family.
He leaves behind the family he gained through love: Tammie Reef and her family — Mindy (Glen) Reddon and their children, Randal, Kenzi, Garrett, and Raine (Mason) Allen and their son, Carter; Scott Reef; and Michelle (Sam) Gee and their children, Makayla, Robert, and Olivia — all of whom became an important and cherished part of Tom’s life.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, James Earl Quinn, Sr. and Rose Mary (Brazil) Quinn, and by his beloved son, Thomas Patrick Quinn.
Tom will be remembered as a devoted partner, a loving father and grandfather, and a man who didn’t need many words to show how much he cared. His strength, loyalty, and steady presence left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him. Though he may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on in the people he loved, the work he did, and the countless memories he leaves behind.
A private celebration of life was held in the presence of close family and friends.
