(Rawlins, WY) – The Wyoming Department of Transportation has closed Interstate 80 between Rawlins and Laramie, as well as eastbound sections between Rock Springs and Wamsutter due to winter conditions and crashes.
As of about 5:00 p.m. Monday evening, the estimated reopening time was 14-16 hours.
