Transportation & Customer Service Coordinator
Requirements:
- Strong communication, organizational, and clerical skills.
- Knowledge and practical use of working in Microsoft Office programs.
- Be flexible, able to work well with others, and multi-task.
- Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus!
Duties will include:
- Processing inbound and outbound truck and railcar shipments.
- Creating daily schedules for drivers to pick up and deliver products.
- Work closely with Maintenance to schedule equipment repairs.
- Maintaining and updating daily, weekly, and monthly spreadsheets.
- Available to participate in a rotation of weekend on-call duties.
