(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commissioners have shared the following recap of the July 8 regular meeting.
- Resolution No. 2025-11, “Partial Vacation of a Publicly Dedicated Road,” was approved for signature. A motion to partially vacate a portion of the road near the intersection of McFarlane Dr. and Hwy 789 was approved at the July 1, 2025 meeting
- A reimbursement to SageWest Health Care for indigent care pursuant to a settlement agreement was approved in the amount of $60,168.47
- William L. Miller and Thomas A. Fasse were acknowledged as part-time contract public defenders for Fremont County, 9th Judicial District
- A new retail liquor license was approved for Arcady Ridge Ranch LLC, effective July 8, 2025
- Approval was given for the purchase of a Stryker saw, to come out of the coroner’s budget
