(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commissioners convened for a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 9, and have provided the following recap of the meeting.
- A Right-of-Way Easement Application from LSCG, Charter Communications for Riverview Rd, County Acres Rd, N 8th St West was approved.
- A 24-hour Liquor License was approved for Kitchen Sinks Inc., dba Cowfish for the Jurassic Classic Mountain Bike Festival at the Alpine Science Institute on August 15, 2026 was approved.
- An Approach Access Application from Derek Sandall for Tweed Lane was approved.
- A request to hire a Cook in the Detention Center not to exceed $42,400 was approved.
- Resolution 2026-17 FY 2025-2026 Budget Amendment No. 6 for unanticipated revenue and budget transfer was approved.
- A petition to vacate a portion of a publicly dedicated road known as Pleasant Drive was accepted. It was approved to appoint Steve Baumann as viewer for the vacation of a publicly dedicated road and set a 45-day public comment period.
- It was approved to re-appoint Erika Yarber to the Wind River Visitor Council.
