The Riverton 7th- and 8th-grade football teams entertained a pair of Park County teams Thursday afternoon in a controlled scrimmage jamboree at Wolverine Field.

Cody and Powell covered a large chunk of Wyoming to play each other. That’s a lot of real estate for a pair of towns just 28 miles apart.
Riverton played both Cody and Powell in a festive atmosphere with coaches on the field. The 7th grade took the north half of the field and the 8th the south with officials keeping the game within the rules.
