(Lander, WY) – Lander Mayor Missy White has called a special Lander City Council meeting for 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, in the City Council Chambers at 240 Lincoln Street.
The agenda for the meeting includes an executive session for the consideration of the purchase of real property and potential litigation.
After the executive session, the council will consider approving an amended real estate purchase agreement for a .52-acre tract of land located in the SW1/4SW1/4 Section 8 T33N R99W.
The council previously approved a real estate purchase agreement for a .76-acre tract of land in the same location during a regular meeting Aug. 12.
Wednesday’s meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance and will be streamed live on Zoom.
