(Lander, WY) – The Lander City Council will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, in the City Council Chambers at 240 Lincoln Street.
The agenda includes a public hearing for liquor license renewals.
Under new business, the council will complete official depository disclosures for 2026 and hear a yearly report from Lander Police Department Interim Chief Kelly Waugh.
Action items on the agenda include a resolution authorizing an application to the Wyoming Community Gas Community Improvement Grant Program for $5,000 for the 2026 City Park Playground Fibar Surface Supplement.
The council will also consider a resolution authorizing the submission of an Unmet Housing grant application to the State Loan and Investment Board for $1 million to provide subdivision infrastructure.
Other action items on Tuesday’s agenda include:
- a $1.27 million notice of award to 71 Construction for the Jefferson Street Extension into Popo Agie Park
- an agreement modification for a CDBG grant to April 30, 2027
- a city hangar lease agreement
- an apron reconstruction design addendum and airport beacon replacement
- liquor license renewals
- bar and grill liquor license renewals
- restaurant liquor license renewals
- authorization to offer AirMedCare memberships to employees through a payroll deduction
