(Lander, WY) – The Lander City Council will hold a special meeting and work session beginning at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, in the City Council Chambers at 240 Lincoln Street.
The agenda for the special meeting includes the approval of the Popo Agie River Park Subdivision.
The council will also consider two ordinances on third and final reading rezoning 569 Garfield and 765 Garfield from R-5 Multi-Family Residential Districts to C-Commercial Districts.
There is one item on the agenda for the work session, which will begin immediately following the special meeting: a discussion about “part of the proposed Lander Municipal Code Title 2 code changes” having to do with “Demerits, Fines, and Definitions.”
Title 2 of the Lander Municipal Code covers the sale, licensing and use of alcoholic and malt beverages.
Both of Tuesday’s meetings are open to the public for in-person attendance and will be streamed live on Zoom.
