(Moorcroft, WY) – Wyoming State Parks and Cultural Resources is pleased to present Buffalo Bill Boycott and Dr. Jo as part of the 2025 Tunes on the Trail concert series—a new initiative that blends live acoustic music with outdoor recreation in Wyoming’s scenic state parks.
The event at Keyhole State Park will take place on June 20, 2025, offering visitors a chance to enjoy a guided hike (optional) followed by a live, 90-minute performance surrounded by nature.

- Performance Time: 7-8:30 p.m.
- Performance Location: Tatanka Shelter (via the Pronghorn Campground)
This Tunes on the Trail event features Buffalo Bill Boycott and Dr. Jo, a talented Wyoming-based duo from Lander, Wyoming, known for their cowboy folk music that captures the rich spirit of the Rocky Mountain West.
“We’re excited to host the very first Tunes on the Trail event at Keyhole State Park! It’s a great chance for everyone in the community to get together, enjoy the outdoors, and support local Wyoming musicians and businesses,” said Mary Negri, interpretive ranger at Keyhole State Park.
All Tunes on the Trail events are free to attend. Standard day-use fees apply—$7 for Wyoming residents and $12 for non-residents per vehicle.
The optional hike will be approximately one mile on a paved path from the park headquarters to the Tatanka Shelter. However, those who wish to attend the concert only will be able to access the campground by vehicle.
The Tin Cup in Moorcroft will be donating supplies for s’mores, coffee, and tea. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets, explore the park, and fully experience the surroundings. In case of inclement weather, updates will be posted on the Park’s social media channels.

The program celebrates Wyoming’s natural and cultural assets while supporting local musicians through the Wyoming Independent Music Initiative (WIMI).
