Lander Mayor Monte Richardson signed a proclamation at the March 26th Lander City Council meeting citing April 2nd as “National Service Recognition Day” for Lander.
Katherine Primrose of Serve Wyoming and Veda Sutphin from the AmeriCorps VISTA Program were on hand to be publicly recognized and posed in the photo above with the Mayor.
National Service Recognition Day proclamations will be signed throughout the country, recognizing volunteers who participate in national and local events.
