Lander named the safest city in Wyoming

According to data compiled by website SafeWise, Lander is the safest place to be in Wyoming.

SafeWise pulled data from several crime statistics including property and violent crimes committed over the last year.

Lander ranked number one thanks to a violent crime rate of 0% and a property crime rate of just 28.02 per every 1,000 residents.

Lander was the only Fremont County community to make the list. Wyoming’s top 10 looked like this…
