(Lander, WY) – The Lander School Board will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, in the Boardroom at the Administration Building at 863 Sweetwater St. in Lander.
The agenda includes personnel actions and the adoption of the 2026-2027 budget.
The board will also review the following policies on second reading:
- EGAC – Telephone Services (DELETE)
- GBL – Remote Work (minor revisions)
- JJI – Student Athletics (new; based on WSBA model policy)
- JJIC – Participation in High School Activities (new, based on WSBA model policy)
Other action items on the agenda include
- consider using depreciation reserve account funds to purchase maintenance equipment, furniture, a convection oven, and other classroom equipment for multiple district building locations
- consider approving school meal prices for 2026-2027
- consider approval of a joint resolution between FCSD 1 and the City of Lander to dissolve and terminate the Tiger Joint Powers Board
The board will also discuss the following policies on first reading:
- EFAB – Procurement Policy and Written Standards of Conduct
- GCBA – Certified Staff Salary Schedule
- GCC – Professional Staff Leave and Absences
