(Lander, WY) – The Lander School Board will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, in the Boardroom at the Administration Building at 863 Sweetwater St. in Lander.
The agenda includes an executive session, personnel actions, and stipulated agreements.
The board will also consider the following policies on second reading:
- DID – Inventories
- GCBA – Certified Staff Salary Schedule (proposed for deletion)
- IIC – Community Instructional Resources (proposed for deletion)
- JHG/JHG-R(1) (combined into a single policy; JHG-R(1) is proposed for deletion)
- JOB – School Contacts with Noncustodial Parents
Other action items on the agenda include:
- consider “mothballing” the Jeffrey City Elementary School facility
- consider adoption of Live Well secondary health resource
- consider approval of a donation from Lander Kiwanis for Place-Based Education at Lander Middle School ($5,000)
The board will also discuss:
- first-reading policy EHA – Personal Data Privacy and Security
- proposed student handbook changes and a new activities handbook for the 2026-2027 school year
- place-based education at Lander Middle School
