(Lander, WY) – Lander Valley High School is celebrating an incredible milestone as former player Mason Morton has officially signed Division I women’s soccer at Fresno State University.
Morton, a standout midfielder for Lander Valley Tigers, has been a key player on the team since her freshman year. Her exceptional skills, leadership, and dedication to the sport have earned her numerous accolades, including All-State and helping the Lady Tigers to two state championships.
The signing is a proud moment for Lander Valley High School and a testament to the strength of the school’s athletic program. Coach Monteiro could not be more proud of Mason. “Her dedication, passion, and perseverance are an inspiration to all our student Athletes. We can’t wait to see all she will accomplish at Fresno State and beyond.”
Mason plans to pursue her academic and athletic career with the Fresno State Bulldogs in the spring of 2025.
