All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Sierra Randall, 30, of Lander is facing one count of Endangering Children.
On August 26, 2020 the Lander Police Department obtained a search warrant for stolen tools at an apartment in Lander. Randall exited the residence while officers executed the search warrant.
During the search, court documents show officers located numerous drug-related items including methamphetamine paraphernalia. Documents also note that two children under the age of 10 resided in the household.
In October, Randall’s preliminary hearing was waived and it will be moved to District Court for arraignment at a later date.
Endangering Children is a felony and punishable by up to 5 years of imprisonment and a fine of up to $5,000.
