(Fremont County, WY) – No matter the topic, Randy Tucker probably has a story about it. Especially when it comes to Wyoming’s vast history. Several of them, you can scroll through and find via his County 10 author tab.
But when the topic is too extensive for a website post, why not write a few hundred pages instead? That’s the approach Tucker took whilst researching a 124-mile stage and freight line that connected Rawlins to Fort Washakie from 1878 to 1906. Randy researched dozens stories about the trail through historic newspapers, rare photographs and family tales that have been passed down.
Randy has two book signing events coming up in Fremont County. On Tuesday, November 18th at the Riverton Museum from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Thursday, November 20th at the Lander Pioneer Museum from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
