The Oilfield Ironmen Freedom Riders hosted a dice run earlier this month and raised over $3,000, which was split between two veterans organizations: Lucid Optics’ Veterans Healing Adventures and Veterans Hall.
The Freedom Riders annual event raises money for different charities each year. This year, the event organizers chose to support veterans’ causes to recognize the sacrifices made by those who have served our country. Each group received $1846 from the proceeds.
The donated funds will be used by Lucid Optics’ Veterans Healing Adventures and Veterans Hall to support their programs and services that benefit veterans in the Fremont County area. Veterans Healing Adventures provides outdoor adventures and therapeutic programs to veterans, while Veterans Hall offers a place for veterans to come together for fellowship and support.
