(Wyoming) – Former University of Wyoming and Natrona County High School football star Logan Wilson has announced his retirement from the National Football League.
The Casper-native was drafted to the Cincinnati Bengals in 2020. In six and a half seasons with the Bengals, Wilson played in 76 games and recorded over 200 tackles from his linebacker spot.
Wilson asked for a trade in 2025 after a coaching decision removed him from the starting lineup and resulted in significantly less playing time. He finished the season playing seven games with the Dallas Cowboys. He contributed 24 tackles and forced a fumble as a Cowboy.
In 2021, Wilson and the Bengals appeared in Super Bowl 56. Logan led the team in solo tackles recording 8 in the title game. Cincinnati ultimately fell to the Los Angeles Rams 23-20.
Logan posted the retirement message via his Instagram page Wednesday afternoon.
