Sinks Canyon State Park announced Monday afternoon that the Loop Road, also known as FSR 300, is now open from South Pass to Louis Lake.
The Louis Lake Road is also open on the northern end to Worthen Meadow.
The road has been subjected to a denser snowpack than recent years have provided, thus the slightly delayed opening.
