(Casper, WY) – The LVHS Speech and Debate team travelled to Casper last weekend, the largest tournament the team competes in.
At that tourney, students had an opportunity to earn bids for NIETOC (the national individual event tournament of champions).
Here’s how competitors did:
Quarterfinalist in the Lincoln-Douglas debate:

Semifinalists:
- Natalie Reilley – Impromptu speaking
- Alex LeClair- Drama
- Loukia Savino- Drama (Loukia was also a finalist in Poetry (she won 5th place) and POI, where she earned 2nd place and a NIETOC bid)
The team now heads to Jackson this weekend.
