Each week, staff at Lander Valley High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Chrissy Crane was nominated as the Lander Valley High School student of the week by Abilio Monteiro.
“Chrissy is a great asset to our classroom. She is the Student Mentor in my World History class and she does a fantastic job. Chrissy engages with the class and provides help when necessary. She also has a positive attitude and a welcoming personality towards the younger students. For this reason and others, I feel that she deserves this recognition.”

Chrissy plans to take a gap year after graduating high school. After her gap year, she plans to attend college for Psychology and get a dog and cat from a shelter.
Chrissy enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, working, listening to music, spending time with her pets, traveling and going to concerts.
