Each week, staff at Lander Valley High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Colin McWilliams was nominated as the Lander Valley High School student of the week by James Burton.
“Colin always has work done on time, he is prepared for anything, and volunteers to help out teachers and other students.” -James Burton
Colin plans to attend college for engineering and pursue a career in STEM. He has received Academic Letters and 4 Varsity Letters in Wrestling. He is also on the Cross Country Running team and National Honor Society.
In his free time, Colin enjoys fishing, hunting, dirt biking and traveling.
