Each week, staff at Lander Valley High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Landon Jones was nominated as the Lander Valley High School student of the week by John Rounds.
“Landon is an exceptional student. He is aware of his own learning and that of his peers around him. He is engaged in class and always puts his best effort into assignments and work. It is a pleasure to have him in class.”

Landon plans to attend the University of Wyoming and study Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
Landon participates in Football, Wrestling and Soccer. He was All-Conference in Football.
In his free time, Landon enjoys fishing, camping and playing with his dog.
