All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
(Riverton, WY) – 48-year-old Sherette Lujan was reportedly arrested for felony property destruction over the weekend, according to the Riverton Police Department (RPD) call log issued on June 17.
Lujan reportedly broke out “numerous” glass window and door panels inside the Post Office located E Main Street on June 15.
The reporting call was made at 10:39 PM.
The log states that Lujan claimed to have been chased into the building “by ten to twelve subjects,” and that said he broke the windows “to scare them off.”
Lujan also stated he had been “drinking and using Methamphetamine shortly before the incident,” and the log report concludes by informing that he was also charged with use of that substance.
