The best way to describe Wyoming travel as of Saturday morning, January 18th, is – everything south is closed.
All of I-80 is impacted with closures, in at least one direction of travel. Some limited stretches one-way are currently open.
Much of US 30, US 97, WY 34, WY 71, WY 225, WY 487, and US 287 are closed as well.
The stretch of closed roads impacting traffic closest to Fremont County is US 287 between Muddy Gap and Rawlins, or Muddy Gap to Lamont.
The road report for County 10 specifically is in good shape. Togwotee Pass is listed as slick. South Pass has slick spots with blowing snow, and the Wind RIver Cnayon has a falling rock advisory.
