Dear Voters,
This is Mayor Rich Gard and I would like to endorse two of this year’s candidates running for City Council and ask for your vote.
In Ward 2, Kristy Salisbury has worked for Riverton for the greater part of her life. She has raised her family here with her husband and has worked at CWC for 25 years. In that time, she has written many grants for our home town. (Recreation, hospital, and many others) We have just passed the 1/2 cent tax and Kristy’s experience will be a great help to the city of Riverton and its citizens.
In Ward 3, Lindsey Cox has also worked for Riverton for the greater part of her life and has raised her family along with her husband here in town. Lindsey’s husband, John, was on my baseball team for many years and I know of the love they have for our city. I have watched Lindsey’s work over the years and I have seen that she is dedicated to Riverton. In the last few years, she has been a big part of Riverton Little League Baseball, both locally and statewide. Lindsey is a doer.
We need more doers.
