Haven Direct Health is happy to announce that Tara Carr has joined as a new team member.
Tara has been a Fremont County resident for 15 years. The Carr family chose Fremont County to be closer to family and recreational opportunities. Healthcare education is
a passion for Tara, having worked in the field most of her career. Tara is highly active in the
community through numerous civic organizations in Fremont County and is proud to call this beautiful County her home.
When asked why she chose to be an advocate for Haven Direct Health, Tara responded:
“My last job was in HR for an engineering firm. The firm was bought out and my office was
consolidated and closed as part of the restructuring. When exploring my next opportunity I
realized that I reached the point in my life where I want the next job to be more meaningful and impactful. I decided to take a position as an advocate for Haven Direct Health. I am excited to educate our community on more affordable health care options.
“From civic experience in the community, HR work and other healthcare experience I know that the traditional healthcare system is broken. It’s horribly inefficient with time and dollars. As I learned about Haven Direct Health and what they are doing to improve the quality and affordability of health care I knew this is where I can make a meaningful and lasting contribution to Fremont County.
Direct Health Care is different and different is awesome! But different ways of doing things
sometimes takes time to wrap your head around. This is where I look forward to working with businesses, organizations and individual residents of Fremont County to help them understand the benefits of this new model of health care.”
Tara will be working with any business, association, organization or individual who wants to know more and benefit from a more affordable way to obtain healthcare.
