(Rock Springs, WY) – Rodeo season is underway for Wyoming high school and middle school students. The Sweetwater Events Complex in Rock Springs hosted the first event of the season last weekend for both age groups.
Several Fremont County cowboys and cowgirls achieved solid performances.

Junior High Go 1
- Harper Nichols 4th in the Barrels, 6th in Poles, 11th in Girls Breakaway.
- Eion Murray 13th in Boys Breakaway 2nd in Boys Goats, 5th in chute dogging.
- Maddie Evans 12th in girls breakaway
- Cameron Eberline 2nd light rifle and 11th boys breakaway
Junior High Go 2
- Eion Murray 7th in Boys goats, 3rd in the Bull riding
- Harper Nichols 3rd in Barrels, 5th in Breakaway, 7th in Poles

- Louie Nicholas 1st in calf roping 2nd in Ribbon roping with Maddie Evans
- Cameron Eberline 7th in Ribbon roping with partner Chankey Akin from Cody

- Cashlyn Cooper 8th in Barrels
- Aislynn Vroman 12th in Goat tying

- Ryker Crimm 7th in calf roping
- Teamroping has Landon Gold, and Stetson St. Claire in 5th place
