Dozens of west coast wildfires are impacting the air quality in much of Wyoming again this week.
Currently, Weather Underground is reporting “unhealthy” air conditions in Riverton and Lander. (For reference the scale goes – Good – Moderate – Unhealthy – Very Unhealthy – Hazardous)
Weather Underground says unhealthy air contains, “Tiny particles called PM2.5 irritate the eyes, nose, and respiratory system. Long-term exposure aggravates heart and lung disease.”
Dubois is experiencing haze, but has slightly better air conditions at “moderate.”
