(Evanston, WY) – Uinta County authorities responded to a crash Monday, May 26th on Interstate 80. Once on scene they discovered a semi-truck totally engulfed in flames.
Details were not immediately provided, but it appears the semi was the only vehicle involved in the incident. Luckily, Uinta County Fire & Ambulance updated that there were no injuries.
Crews acknowledged the crash location was near milepost 14, just a few miles east of Evanston. Westbound traffic came to a halt briefly while firefighters extinguished the blaze and afternoon travelers were detoured during the clean-up.
