Like when the Lander PD investigated a gas station hot dog theft. Or, when the Riverton Police Department had to free two folks who were handcuffed together.
Today’s odd news comes courtesy of the Fremont County Sheriff’s office. On Tuesday morning FCSO dispatched a Deputy to a verbal disagreement in Hudson. A media release noted that one person was threatening the other, “with the use of nunchucks.”
After arriving on scene, Sheriff’s discovered the person who called authorities had an out-of-county warrant for his arrest.
Nunchucks had been illegal in four U.S. states up until 2019. Currently, Massachusetts and California still have a ban on owning the weapon.
