(Lander, WY) – The Lander City Council will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, in the City Council Chambers at 240 Lincoln Street.
The agenda includes includes an ordinance on third and final reading rezoning 569 Garfield from an R-5 Multi-Family Residential District to a C-Commercial District.
The council will also consider a third-reading ordinance repealing the Title 3 “Adoption and Enforcement of Uniform Codes and Standards for Mobile and Modular Buildings” portion of the Lander Municipal Code and enacting Title 3 “Buildings and Construction.”
Under new business, the council will consider a resolution creating a job description for a part-time cleaning technician.
The council will also consider a resolution relating to “certain tasers previously declared surplus property” and authorizing their disposal pursuant to state statute.
Other action items on the agenda include:
- approve the Felix Addition Subdivision
- approve the Land Subdivision Lot 6 resubdivision
- approve the Highland Estate replat
- approve a Lander Sidewalks change order for a cost increase of $8,472 and a time extension to June 2026
- authorize the mayor to sign a lease application cover sheet for the Main Street Decorative Light Lamp Post Replacement Project Phase 1
