Riverton Police are looking into two separate theft from a motor vehicle cases that were reported on Thursday.
Just before 10:00 a.m. a homeowner from Maple Ln. in Riverton called police to report someone was stealing things from a parked vehicle at her residence. It is unknown at this time what was taken in this incident.
Shortly before 4:00 p.m. a homeowner on North 1st St. called RPD to report a $400 money order had been stolen out of their vehicle.
RPD reminds all motorists to keep vehicles locked and valuables out of parked vehicles when possible.
